My user manual for… well, working with me!
What makes me tick
I'm an idea machine and pattern-spotter extraordinaire. Give me a meaty problem to solve or a rabbit hole to dive into, and I'm in my element. Fair warning: I might get so absorbed that I forget lunch exists.
I'm a personal growth junkie with ADHD tendencies – think of me as constantly juggling self-improvement balls while occasionally dropping them all to chase a shiny new interest.
Technology is my jam – especially when it can automate boring stuff. If there's a way to make something more efficient through tech, I'm all over it.
My social bandwidth
Plot twist: I'm actually an introvert! Yes, I can work a room, but that's just good people skills, not my natural habitat. After socialising, I need alone time like plants need water.
In meetings: 1:1s? Love them – especially when we have a clear purpose and goal. Medium groups? I'm probably processing everything and likely will speak last. Large groups? I'm confident if I'm the designated speaker, but don't expect me to fight for airtime.
I’d rather not take a phone call. While I am getting better, I would prefer texts or emails.
I can get pretty ridiculous with people I know well. If you haven't seen my silly side yet, stick around!
Working with me
My ideal day? Working solo on something meaningful for hours. It's not work if I'm passionate about it – it's more like getting paid to solve puzzles.
I have super-high standards for myself and others. This can make me both awesome and occasionally annoying to work with. I'm aware of this paradox!
Routine tasks make my soul wither. If you need someone to get excited about maintaining things (especially, the status quo), I'm not your person.
I'm an intuitive, abstract thinker who sometimes needs grounding in practicality. But hey, some of the best ideas sound impractical at first, right?
My core features
I'm direct and tend to speak my mind now – life's too short for beating around the bush. But I'm also pretty good at seeing everyone's perspective.
Sarcasm is my second language especially if I'm bored. Consider it a coping mechanism.
I love figuring out what makes people tick. If you find me staring thoughtfully at you in meetings, I'm probably not plotting world domination – just trying to understand your perspective.
My happy place
Deep conversations that go beyond the weather
Projects that let me dream big AND put those dreams into action
Creating systems that make life easier (and watching them work is so satisfying)
Learning literally anything new – I'm endlessly curious
